What Do Students Say?

The University of Sydney has great teaching staff and is very supportive. The program is rather fast paced, trying to fit majority of the preclinical content into one year, but it is very manageable. The clinical staff is incredible and the early clinical exposure really helps solidify lecture content. The Sydney medical program is also very receptive to feedback and listens to suggestions from students every year to adjust their teaching gin a way that helps students understand it better and get the most of their learning.

I have been fairly satisfied with the facilities and campus life over here in Australia. I believe them to be equivalent to what is found in Canada and never once I thought I was missing out on certain aspects or facilities. I would say my time here has been everything I had ever wished for. The hands-on practical components remain my favorite aspect of the program. I have enjoyed most of my instructors and feel they all have relevant experiences to share that only enrich the learning environment. I have attended several program specific clubs and events that have been organized by our social representatives, all of in which I not only got to meet fellow colleagues but to grow closer as friends.
